As an extension of our services, we bring fine dining to life before your eyes through an in-villa dining service or a unique gourmet diner experience provided by our talented private chef, Mario Pierrot. A few words from the private chef
Food is more than art, it is a love language. My dishes are, assuredly, inspired by my years spent in France but they are rooted in the precious memories I have of my mother when she used to prepare us her comforting food. Today my love for food lives on in each of my dishes thanks to the support of my wife and two children.
